At Comfort Style, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with original packaging
Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing accessories may not be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
- Products without original packaging or accessories
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Share order details and clear images/videos of the issue
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
- After inspection, the return or replacement will be processed
Replacement Policy
- Replacements are provided for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Replacement availability depends on stock.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping will be arranged or guided by Comfort Style for approved cases.
- If the return is due to customer error (wrong address, refusal, etc.), shipping charges may be deducted or charged.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy.
Important Notes
- Comfort Style reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy conditions.
- Repeated return requests may be reviewed for misuse.
